  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
  • Sanders Street coaches are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up to date should this change by emailing us at info@sandersstreet.co.uk.
  • We request that you reframe from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
  • Sanders Street do not issue refunds for absence in any circumstances.
  • If there are any sessions missed due to venue closure or bad weather, Sanders Street will offer a make-up session.
  • Sanders Street reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
  • You must declare if you do not wish for you child to be photographed or filmed for marketing use, and keep us up to date should this change by emailing info@sandersstreet.co.uk.
  • Signing up via the website and setting up a subscription is the only booking/payment option that Sanders Street will accept.
  • Fees are taken from your account on the 1st of every month.
  • Fees are pro rata - the total cost of the classes are split over 12 months for term time classes.
